Because of the unexpected high volume of attendance, the Tradewinds Island Resort has run out of rooms at the conference rate at the main hotel.
We are now booking at the sister hotel located on the resort property, the Sandpiper, just a short walk down the beach. This resort hotel was completely renovated in 2008 and is gorgeous – many of the rooms are one-bedroom suites.
The room rates are the same, and all the amenities of the Tradewinds (see below) remain available to conference registrants, with no additional fees.
When you register for the conference, our Registrar, Ken Casper, will forward you the hotel registration form, and the resort hotel will take it from there.

The registration code for reserving your room will be forwarded
to
you by Ninc’s Registrar, Ken Casper, upon receiving your first payment. You
want to secure your hotel room as soon as possible.
Conference room rates are as follows:
The hotel will provide upgrades for all attendees to View Hotel
Rooms at the discounted group rate of $129.00 from October
6 - 11, 2010. Any extended nights will be at the established
rate of $129.00, based on room type availability.
In addition, Individuals may guarantee the following room types,
if available at the time the reservation is made:

Rates quoted are subject to state and local taxes, currently 12%.
Rooms are based on single or double occupancy, per night. Children
under 18 are complimentary when sharing a room. Each additional
person 18 years of age and older will be charged an additional fee
of $15.00 per room, per night.
Group room rates will be extended two (2) days prior and two (2)
days following the main program dates of October 6 - 11, 2010, based
on room type availability.
RESORT AMENITIES:
The following amenities are included in the rate for each hotel room
and/or one-bedroom suite:

* Due to limited parking facilities, no oversized vehicles,
trailers or RV’s are permitted to park on property without
prior arrangements.
Parking for non-overnight drive-in guests will be subject
to availability and will be charged a parking rate, which
is currently $15.00 per day. Valet Parking is also available for an additional $8.00
per car, per day and subject to availability for non-overnight
availability.
The hotel will provide 20% Discount Cards for Food and Beverage
to all overnight group attendees.
* TradeWinds guest rooms are non-smoking. To accommodate
our guests smoking requests; please inform our agents at time of
reservation of your needs; so they may accommodate your requests.
To
assure accommodation availability, reservations must be received
by the established cutoff date of September 16, 2010.
