NINC Conference 2023: Elevate

The conference presented by Novelists, Inc. (NINC) is a unique experience that brings together multi-published, professional authors who publish traditionally, independently, or both. Speakers are selected from the top echelons of the industry, and the conversations and networking opportunities rise far above what you'll experience anywhere else.

Registration begins Thursday, March 9th at 10 am Eastern
Registration closes July 31, 2023. There will be no late registration

Conference Registration is available only to NINC members who are up-to-date on their dues, their assistants, and approved Industry Guests. If you would like to apply to attend as an industry guest, click here.

Current Member Registration:

  • NINC members in good standing will receive an email that contains the registration links for members and member assistants on March 9th.
  • Your membership must be up-to-date and paid before you register for the conference. If you have not renewed your membership and paid your 2023 dues, please do so before you register for the conference.
  • Registration is limited to the first 350 members, 35 author assistants, and 75 industry guests.

New Member Registration:

  • The deadline to apply for NINC membership if you want to attend this year's conference is May 31, so get your application in ASAP. (Understand that there may not be any conference spots open by the time you are approved).
  • Verified applicants (those who have applied and submitted their supporting documentation) can register for the conference while their application is being processed. Only members in good standing may attend the conference. The application must be approved and membership dues paid prior to the conference. If these conditions are not met, the registration fee (minus an administrative charge of 20% of the full conference fee) will be refunded to the applicant.

Assistant Registration:

  • NINC members in good standing will receive an email that contains the registration links for members and their assistants on March 9th.
  • To attend NINC as an assistant, you must assist a NINC Member in good standing who is attending the conference this year.

Industry Guest Registration:

Only approved Industry Guests may attend NINC. If you would like to apply to attend as an industry guest, click here.

Registration Fees:

  • Members - $525
  • Member Assistants: $535
  • Industry Guests - $495

Cancellation Policy:

Registrants who cancel before JULY 31, 2023 will receive a refund of 80% of the amount paid regardless of where they live. If you do not live in the United States, and your country's borders are closed or it has restricted travel to the U.S., you will still only receive an 80% conference refund. No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2023, except for instances of medical emergencies. Please do not abuse this provision. Thank you!
