NINC Conference 2025: Thrive
The conference presented by Novelists, Inc. (NINC) is a unique experience that brings together multi-published, professional authors who publish traditionally, independently, or both. Speakers are selected from the top echelons of the industry, and the conversations and networking opportunities rise far above what you’ll experience anywhere else.
Registration begins Wednesday, April 23rd at 10 am Eastern.
Registration closes July 1, 2024. There will be no late registration.
Conference Registration is available only to NINC members who are up-to-date on their dues, their assistants and approved Industry Guests. If you would like to apply to attend as an industry guest, click here.
NINC makes every reasonable effort to accommodate attendees with special needs, but we may not have the means to accommodate every request.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who cancel before JULY 1, 2024 will receive a refund of 80% of the amount paid regardless of where they live. If you do not live in the United States, and your country’s borders are closed or it has restricted travel to the U.S., you will still only receive an 80% conference refund. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2024, except for instances of medical emergencies:
In the event You, or a member of your immediate family living in your household: (i) dies; (ii) has a non-elective surgery or medical procedure performed within 1 week of the conclusion of the conference; (iii) You have not been medically cleared for travel due to surgery or procedure and You provide written verification of the same from your treating physician; or (iv) You receive a cancer diagnosis after the cancellation deadline.
A member of your family or other person not living with you who needs your assistance does not constitute a medical emergency for purposes of this cancellation policy.
