Our online application form collects information from you to be used in processing your application. See our Privacy Policy
Under Account Information you must enter your legal name. (You'll enter any Pen Name(s) under Membership Information.)
Application Fee:
- You will be charged a one-time application fee of $15 at the time of your application.
- This fee is non-refundable.
- Once your application has been approved, you will be notified that you’re eligible to join NINC and can pay your membership dues and access all member benefits.
- Membership dues January 1 - June 30: $95
- Membership dues July 1 - December 31: $45
Your completed application goes through the following process:
- Application is reviewed to ensure qualifications for NINC membership are met.
- Once verified, the applicant’s name (and qualifying pseudonym, if applicable) will be presented to the membership for approval.
- Verification happens by the 25th of each month.
- Final approval happens by the 20th of the following month.
- The full application process normally takes 6-8 weeks.
- Note: Only members can register for the NINC conference.
