The Meet Our Sponsors Happy Hour (MOSHH) is one of the most highly anticipated events at the annual NINC conference!
MOSHH is the perfect place for all of our attendees to meet or reconnect with our fabulous sponsors. MOSHH takes place in the Pavilion on Thursday morning to kick off the first full day of the conference.
How Does it Work?
Upon arriving in the Pavilion, each attendee receives a passport that has pages branded for every participating sponsor, with room for that sponsor to stamp, sticker, or initial.
Sponsors are set up at their tables, ready to meet attendees, schedule meetings, hand out SWAG, and stamp those passports!
Tables are 6′ long. The hotel will cover them with a black cloth. Sponsors are free to add any other branded covers, tabletop signage, slideshows on tablets . . . anything that you feel will enhance their table. (Electricity and WiFi will be readily available.)
If you’re a sponsor with an adorable mascot, now is your chance to make some amazing SWAG!
Once attendees have completed their passports, they can check in with the Conference Team to receive their raffle tickets and decide which five drawings they want to enter.
Prizes are donated by our amazing sponsors. Popular prizes include: e-readers, gift cards, newsletter promo spots, ad credit, noise cancelling headphones, free services (cover design, editing), and we have to call it out… the stuffed Plottr otter.
Attendees can enjoy the complimentary snacks and drinks and continue to visit with sponsors while we wait for the prize drawings to begin. The prize announcements are a great chance for us to shout out and thank our sponsors for their participation and their donations!
